Because all of our products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

This policy applies to all:

  • Vendor lists

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Bundles

  • Instant downloads

  • Any other digital products sold through our website

Once a purchase is made and access is granted, the product cannot be returned.

Incorrect Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Not reading the product description

  • Expecting physical items instead of digital downloads

Duplicate Orders

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, please contact us within 7 days with your order number. Verified duplicate purchases will be refunded accordingly. Be advised this is ONLY acceptable in the case where a duplicate charge was made in error via our system. Purchases of multiple quantities of the same digital product, whether intentional or accidental, are not eligible for a refund. As all products are delivered digitally, all sales are final.

Unauthorized Transactions
